S o, what is ICQ?... First you have to know that ’ICQ’ actually is ’I Seek You’. It is communication system much like an e-mail, chat program, and pager all in one package.

You download the 1.7M software from www.mirabilis.com, and install it to your system. Then you need to connect to the Internet and register the software for free (but for a limited time only).

W hat does ICQ do?... What ICQ does is that once you get an active connection to the Internet It logs on the ICQ network and broadcasts your presence to the world. ICQ users can then chat with you online, send you e-mail messages,

URL's, pictures, or whatever they wish to send. And if in case they sent you messages while you were offline, you will also receive the messages immediately upon log on.

I CQ Pager... If you do not have an ICQ, you can still send me a message via my Online ICQ Pager. Just fill up the required fields below and press Send.	If I am online, the message will pop-up on my screen. If offline, I will receive it as soon as I get connected to the ICQ Network.

I CQ Online Responder Panel... Another wonderful panel by ICQ. This panel shows you if I am online or not.

This Site is Powered by the ICQ Respond-Online Panel If you have a running ICQ client (you have ICQ) you can Chat Me, ICQ-Me and/or Add Me to your contact list. Netscape Users: If you are prompted to Pick App or Save File, select Pick App and browse to the location of your ICQ.EXE file (usually in C:\Program Files\ICQ\ICQ.EXE). Internet Explorer Users: If you are prompted to Open or Save As select Open. If you don't have an ICQ client you can press the Page Me button to send me an ICQ message through my Personal Communication Center, the Zoom Me button to view my ICQ Whitepages details and the EmailNotify Me button to send me an e-mail and notify me by ICQ. If I am online, the message will popup on my screen, if I am offline it will be stored and forwarded to me as soon as I connect to the internet.
